Collection/delivery times are given as a guidance only, but are not a guarantee.

Bookings should NOT be taken on the strength of Delivery/collection times given and Funtastic will not be held responsible for any cancellations or missed bookings under any circumstances.

We may charge delivery depending on the distance from our base.

 ACCESS

On many occasions, we have had to turn customers down when delivering one or more of our units due to access issues, we must insist that clear access is available prior to a castle/unit arrival.

Before ordering please check that a gap of at least 3ft - 4ft is available around the castle/unit and no obstructions are present including brick walls, stairs or stone ornaments. Please also make sure garden is clear of any obstacles

Our drivers deliver between 8 - 14 castles a day so time is of paramount importance, we allow for a 10 - 20 min setup time, and delay may result in the cancellation of the castle unit.

If the Hirer is in any doubt as to the meaning of the following a representative from www.funtasticparties.co.uk should immediately be consulted.

The Hirer will, during the period of the hiring, be responsible for the supervision of the equipment, its care, safety from damage however slight or change of any sort, and the behavior of all persons of all ages using the equipment whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of children to ensure children under school age use the equipment separately to older children. The maximum age of any child on any inflatable is 14 and the maximum amount of children on any unit is 10. If Funtasticparties.co.uk discovers that Adults (persons over the age of 14) have been on the unit, you, the hirer will be invoiced the cost of getting the unit safety checked (currently £45), you will also be charged for any repairs.

The Hirer shall not use the equipment for any purpose other than that described in the hiring agreement, and shall not sub hire or use the equipment or allow the equipment to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way, not allow anyone onto the equipment wearing shoes, spectacles, carrying sharp objects, key rings, pens, pencils or biro’s, metal studded clothing or any other similar items which could cause damage to others or the equipment. No cigarettes or cigars are allowed anywhere near the unit. No food or drink is to be consumed on the equipment. No Party Poppers, Coloured streamers or Silly String should be taken, thrown or sprayed onto the equipment, these materials permanently stain the material and the hirer will be liable to compensate Funtastic in the event of damage.

The Hirer must ensure that at no time should the walls of the unit be climbed on or sat on. The Hirer must also ensure that NO participant attempts somersaults or jumps off the unit.

The Hirer shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless he/she brings to the attention of Funtasticparties.co.uk  when it is set up and checked by the hirer when coming in to possession of the equipment any faults noted by the Hirer.

If any unit hired requires the use of plastic balls, you must pack away the balls before the completion of the hire period, otherwise you will forfeit the £25 ball deposit.

The equipment you are hiring has/does not have a shower cover attached. Removal of this cover by the hirer is subject to a £25 re-attachment fee

Public Liability Insurance is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol. Funtastic excludes any liability for injury loss or damage caused to any person using the equipment contrary to the terms and conditions of this contract.

Important Notice: Provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire, those using the inflatable should do so safely. However, accidents can happen. Funtastic can accept no liability for injuries sustained or any other loss, howsoever caused, in the absence of the negligence of Funtastic or its employees. As the equipment will be in the hirers possession and control whilst in use rather than Funtastic, any liability for injuries or other losses caused other than in the circumstances described above rests with the hirer.

At the end of the hiring the Hirer shall be responsible for leaving the equipment in a clean and tidy condition otherwise Funtasitc shall be at liberty to make an additional charge.
If the Hirer fails to return the equipment in a clean and tidy condition Funtastic are entitled to levy a further charge of £25.00 for the cleaning and servicing of the equipment.

Night Hire: If we agree that the inflatable is to be left overnight, you will still remain responsible for it, and will incur all damages howsoever they occur.
