Site Meetings

Here at Funtastic we have a dedicated team of SIX Event co-ordinators who are highly trained in event management and party planning. Site Meetings are essential to the preperation and smooth running of any event as they give you a chance to meet your personal Event Co-Ordinator on a one on one basis and discuss any concerns you may have.

Our Event Co-Ordinators can discuss all the extras often overlooked when organising a large event, for example:-

* Toilet Facilities
* Rubbish Bins
* Crowd Control
* Risk Assessments
* Command centres
* First Aid team
* Wet weather alternatives
* Supervision

We advise any site meetings take place at least 4 weeks previous to your event taking place. This will give both our team and yourself enough time to correct any issues that might arise during the meeting.
